Most products, including wall decor, wall clocks, and wall mirrors, are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Tables/Chairs: Tables of all kinds (centre, console, side, or dining) are typically shipped within 10-14 business days.

Carpets: Carpets of all kinds are typically shipped within 10-14 business days.

Planter Delivery: Planters are also shipped within 7-10 business days.

Open Box Delivery
Open Box Delivery is currently not available as our logistics partners do not support this service for furniture shipments. Customers are requested to inspect the package externally at the time of delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours with proper photo/video evidence.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Re-shipping Charges

In the event that an order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unavailability of the recipient, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier delivery attempts, or any other customer-related cause, the customer shall be responsible for bearing the applicable forward shipping/logistics charges for re-dispatch of the order.
