DecoraHub wallpaper is priced per square foot. Two choices set the rate: the paper type (Standard, Premium or Luxury) and whether our team installs it. Most designs in the wallpaper collection follow one price table, so a full-wall mural like Jaipur Garden costs the same per square foot as a plain Beige Linen Texture. Why you pay for your wall and nothing extra

Shop-bought wallpaper comes in fixed rolls. You buy whole rolls, lose part of each one to pattern matching, and end with a narrow strip at the corner. DecoraHub prints each order digitally on a non-woven base at the exact size of your wall. You are billed for the area you measured. How to measure

1. Measure the full width of the wall in feet, corner to corner.
2. Measure the full height from the top of the skirting to the ceiling or false ceiling line.
3. Take both measurements at two points. Older flats in Kolkata and Mumbai often have walls that run 1 to 2 inches out of square. Use the larger figure.
4. Photograph the wall straight on, with switchboards, AC units and windows visible.

Installation at ₹49 per sq ft

On a 90 sq ft wall, installation costs ₹4,410. On 120 sq ft it costs ₹5,880. Before you choose the With Installation option, confirm with the team that installers cover your pin code.

If you hire a local installer, the wall has to be ready first. Wallpaper fails at the seams when the wall underneath is damp, flaking or freshly painted. The surface needs to be dry, putty-finished, sanded smooth and sealed with one coat of primer. Fix any seepage before the paper goes up. No wallpaper survives an active leak.

Where to spend and where to save

• The wall everyone looks at. The wall behind the sofa, the TV unit or the dining table is seen daily and photographed often. This is where Premium or Luxury paper earns its price.
• Bedrooms and full-room coverage. Four walls of a 10 x 10 ft room come to roughly 300 sq ft after doors and windows. At that area the tier decides the bill: ₹29,700 on Standard against ₹59,700 on Luxury. Many buyers paper one wall in a higher tier and paint the other three.
• Rented flats. Standard paper on one feature wall keeps the spend under ₹10,000 for most rooms.
• Foyers and passages. A small wall of 30 to 40 sq ft behind a marble console table costs ₹5,970 to ₹7,960 even on Luxury paper. Small walls are the cheapest place to use the best stock.

Ask for samples of all three paper types before you decide. The difference is easier to judge in the hand than on a screen.

A papered wall rarely stays bare. Plan these in the same budget so the finishes match:

• Metal wall art or texture wall art on a plain or linen-look paper. Avoid hanging art on a busy mural.
